Choosing Your Jewellery
Items in “Tribal Inspired” Collection contain components made from natural materials like bone and wood. These materials will never be ‘perfect’ or consistent. There is variation between beads and naturally occurring flaws.
Items in “Vintage Inspired” collection can be quite old. They may show some sign of ageing.
Items from “Resin” collection are handmade and similarly ‘organic’. Shapes are not perfect. Batches are small and we do our best to keep colours consistent. However, the colour on your screen is affected by the settings on your monitor & the type of web browser you are using.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.
Payment
Please note that payment must be received before goods can be forwarded. Please choose from the following payment options: Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit.
Delivery
Once you have made your selection, our aim is to deliver your choice where possible within 7 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
A standard handling fee of $2.00 is factored into all prices for handling.
All items are sent through Australia Post. We do not accept responsibility for damage or loss through Australia post, these issues should be directed to Australia Post.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Refund Policy
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to contact us by email with your concerns, within 7 days of purchase. Please consider your purchases carefully as returns will not be accepted purely for “change of mind” or “not what I expected” reasoning.
The item must be in its original condition and determination of the condition of an item will be at the complete discretion of Mahala Jewellery.
For any returns accepted by Mahala Jewellery you will be credited for the total amount of the purchase, excluding postage, and will be refunded to the original means of payment.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.

All credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. Mahala Jewellerydoes not store any credit card information on our servers.
Credit Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
